What this website is for
This website describes the services we sell and the packages we advertise. It does not take bookings, payments or personal details. Every enquiry goes through WhatsApp or a phone call.
Prices and quotations
The prices shown are the package prices we advertise, and they are priced per car model. A price on this page is an invitation to ask, not a binding offer. The quotation we send you on WhatsApp is the one that applies, and it applies to the car and the services described in that conversation.
Promotional prices run for limited periods and end without notice. Ask us what is running when you message.
Bookings
Work is scheduled rather than walk-in, and slots are limited. A booking is made and confirmed on WhatsApp. No deposit is taken through this website. If you need to change or cancel a slot, message us as early as you can so we can give it to someone else.
What we say about our services
Paint protection film, coating and tint reduce the effect of stone chips, heat, UV and road dirt. They do not make paint, glass or trim immune to damage. We describe what each product helps with, and we do not promise a result beyond that.
Photographs on this site
The photographs of finished cars under "Recent work" are our own, taken in our own bay, and the line under each one names the service we performed on that car. Each one records a specific car and a specific job, and is not a promise of the same result on another car.
Information and availability
We keep this website accurate, but details such as prices, packages and opening hours can change. Nothing here forms part of a contract until we confirm it with you directly. We may change or withdraw any part of this website at any time, and we do not guarantee the site is always available.
Intellectual property
The Evo Shine name, mark and the text and photographs on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written agreement.
Links to other sites
Links to Google, Facebook and WhatsApp are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Personal information
This website sets no cookies, loads no analytics and collects nothing about you. When you message us on WhatsApp we hold what you send — your name, number, car and what you asked for — and use it only to quote and carry out the work.
Liability
Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Malaysian consumer law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website itself, as distinct from the services we carry out for you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
